4 of our 7 hens have wounds near their vents and the other hens are pecking at it. I'm guessing the other hens have caused the wound in the first place? What can I do for them? I'm thinking of cleaning it up with warm water and putting a salve on the wound. Will the other chickens stop pecking at them, or do I have to seperate them? I have a seperate coop for meat birds that I could put them in. It doesn't have any roosts or nest boxes in it. The coop is 8' by 8' so they have a lot of room. Are they bored? Is there anything that I could give them to do for their boredom?

Seperate them. At least for a few days to heal up.

Are they stuck inside all day? I give my chickens some treats that occupy them during the day, as we have so much snow they can not get out to free range at all.

Yes with the snow they are inside all day. We let them out here and there, but there is nothing but snow to scratch in. I'm going to shovel out their run to see if this will help. Will the meat coop work without a perch and nesting boxes?
