Help! Hens or Roos??

Hello fellow chicken lovers! I have these 4 Easter Eggers bought as straight run. I’m trying to figure out if they are hens or Roos. What does everyone think?

The first bird is a pullet. The other three are cockerels.

Just curious…What about them made you so sure? The second, I did think was a cockerel because the comb is bigger and more red than the others. I thought the red one was a hen though. I’ve been trying to do research, but I guess I don’t really know what I’m looking at.
