Help! Hiding chicken

I have multiple feeders outside but none inside. She wasn’t smaller until this started so I’m hoping it’s that she is eating less and not something more serious.
Put one inside then, water too.
She may buck up in time with good nutrition.

When you say you have multiple feeders available, can a bird eating at one station see the birds eating at another station? If so, put a feed station in a box or tote turned so that it faces the outside of the run. So a bird eating there, cannot be seen, that might help.

With mutiple feed stations, I have never found a healthy bird avoid getting something to eat. They tend to keep an eagle eye out, and get their fill as the opportunity arises. I too, think she is very sick. I think I would cull her. However, I do have a large run, and a lot of clutter, and a feed station, a place where a bird cannot be seen by other birds eating, one for about every 4 birds.

This is an either or situation, it is going to get worse, or get better. But the sudden weight loss could be do to an internal problem, not just a flock not letting her eat.
