Help! How do i treat my ducklings eye?

I found this duckling without its mom or its siblings a few days ago. His or her eye used to be cloudy and Grey. Then it became filled with yellow sticky crust or something. I don't have photos of it, but I linked the most recent photo of his eye now. He was most likely attacked due to the bruises on his feet which are now healed.

Do you have any terramycin? I would use that ointment on the duck's eye. If you have triple antibiotic, you can use that, but I wouldn't use any that have "pain relief" (lidocaine) in them. I have had animals with eyes that looked much worse that healed fine, so I hope that is the case with your duck! I'm not sure if you have the means to bring it to a vet, but that might be the best option, if you do.

Edit: I just looked at a tube of "pain relief" Neosporin and it doesn't have lidocaine, it has pramoxine HCL, but I would still go for the non-pain relief ointment.
