Help!! I accidentally stepped on my quails foot :(

When I was walking, I wasn't paying attention and accidentally stepped on my quails toe/foot I heard a snap and she's currently holding that foot up. Do I let it heal by itself or do I need to put some sort of brace on it?

Do not attempt to try and brace its foot.
Doing so could cause more harm than what's already done.

Can you take a clear video of the quail and how it's acting right now and upload it to YouTube?

Oh no! I'm so sorry that happened. I'm still fairly new to quail so, I don't know how to help you, Sorry.

Check and compare the two legs. Gently feel your way down them and do your best to determine what or if anything broke. If you can, take some pictures or a video and post them here. Birds often adapt to situations like this very well.
