Help I can't stop buying and setting Eggs!!!!

Ok so My wife says let's go buy some silkie chicks, we come home with 3, hawk eats 1 we all cry and then go buy a nova-bator 1588. Then I set 20 silkie eggs and get one cute black one. Then I turn around and buy 28 eggs and 27 survive shipping! So I've got 27 silkie eggs in the incubator as of tonight at 8:30pst.
Question if the eggs were well packed but were on there sides if I put them in the incubator and turn on the heat am I doing anything wrong with the fact that the air sac's didn't have time to settle?

I would definitely give shipped eggs time to settle before placing them in the incubator. 12 hours should be good. That's what I did & had a 100% hatch rate.

Yes give them time to settle and your success hatch rate will go up
