Help! What happened here?

Eggs hatched naturally in nesting box with mama. Three other chicks already out and about under the mama doing well eating and drinking.

Chick pipped yesterday and we saw pip was sufficient. Left it alone, today we check on it and see the zip happened of the bottom part of the egg (blunt end) and the egg shell was detached fully.

Chick moving around inside this wet creamy clear inner membrane. Wet, veining all the good things. No chirping. Left egg alone, spent hours online trying to see if I should intervene- could not find 1 article that shows anything similar to this.

Left alone back under the mama where the egg was before. Checked on it approx 2 hours after last check and this is current picture. Decided to remove it and place it in nature right 360 incubator on 70 humidity just in case. No rank smell

Do not see moving like before.

What are we seeing, what is happening? What should I have done? What do I do?

Thanks

Looks like an underdeveloped or deformed chick, not much you can do most just die in shell, just part of hatching sadly, can happen in any hatch but really common with shipped eggs or those that are cold/heat exposed preincubation. Just not strong enough to hatch and if you intervene they just die a few hours later, you did all you could.
