help I don't kno whats wrong with my hen

My hen is only about 2 yr old and was fine yesterday now she has been in the same position all morning and wont move. All other chickens are ok and healthy and all cjickens have been wormed about 3 weeks ago with no problems.I Will upload a pic in a min as it not working now.

This is how she has been since 6am this morning. anyone can walk right up to her ans she wont even move which is not typical for her, she is not one to normally allow you to pet on her

I had a hen suffer from crop impaction recently and it sounds and looks to me that's what you may be dealing with. Feel the front of her chest/neck area. Do you feel a big hard lump? If you feel this lump and she's just woken up and has it even though she hasn't eaten yet today that's probably what you're dealing with. If it's the first day you can get a little syringe and give her 10cc of olive oil down her throat (careful not to get it in windpipe hole right behind tongue!) and then massage her crop downward until it goes down. I've also heard of people offering food soaked in the oil or even just the oil in a dish if your hen will go for it. Others swear by feeding their hens maggots in cases like these but I've never tried it. If it's been multiple days or the methods above don't seem to work she'll need surgery. Good luck!

So sorry... My poor little EE died this morning of what I think was sour crop... Came on very sudden...last night actually was the first night I noticed she wasn't right. By morning, she was gone... Good luck.
