Help! I don't know what is wrong with my chicken!

Yesterday my girl hopped out of her coop, fell to the ground and was not able to get up. She can't stand, walk, or balance herself. I brought her into the house and checked her out. There are no visible injuries. She does not seem to be in pain when I move her feet, legs, wings or press on her belly. She had some food in her crop yesterday. She has been pooping normally and no visible blood in her poop. At times she seems very alert and is able to hold up her head and at other times she seems very lethargic and not able to hold up her head. She also seems to breathing rather heavily. No nasal discharge.

She's about a year or so old. Goes from cool to warm to rainy. Cooped with 3 others and they are fine. No coughing.

Not sure if she has ever laid an egg. we have never seen her lay one. We have 2 that should be laying, one being her but never have seen which one lays the egg.

belly is not bloated. have poked her belly and moved her legs and feet around and no reaction from her. she is simply laying down as if she is laying on an egg, just no egg. right now she is alert.

Are you able to take her to a vet?

Have you checked her for mites/lice?
