Help! I don't know what to do

Today I saw my 2 year old hen acting strange. Her neck is scrunched up (see pictures) and she doesn't move around very much. She stays isolated from the rest of the flock, and has had some nasty green diarrhea. She will eat if I give her the food but I haven't seen her get any herself. Any ideas as to what is wrong with her?

Update: She hasn't moved around at all. She closes her eyes a lot and appears to be shaking. Please help I'm very worried about her

I am far from being an expert, but my chicken was sick last week and it was so frustrating when I didn't get answers quickly! My chicken was not moving like you're describing. Is she throwing up at all? We realized ours had sour crop. It's just a guess, but search that phrase on here and see the descriptions. I hope that helps or at least eliminates one thing.
