Help! I don't know what's wrong with my chicken!

Last night my brother told me that my Buff Orpington's eye looked a little swollen with some bubbles around it, I thought she must just have some allergy to something, today when I check on her, her entire eye was swollen shut and there's a bump by it (see pictures). Her other eye is fine and normal looking. Yesterday she was acting completely normal in every way, but today when I checked on them, I fed them some worms, and she wouldn't touch them while the other two snatched them up. This is not usual for her. Please give any advice on what might be wrong with her, I'm really hoping I don't need to take her to the vet. We do have a ton a flowers in our gardens, and one kind attracts TONS of bees, the chickens like to run around in the flowers and dig in the dirt - could she have been stung??

I just checked on them again, and her swollen eye is runing with clear liquid, and I;m not positive, but the other two looked like they may have minimal liqiud running from their noses, not positive yet as there is not very much. I was going to get tirramycin and try if that helps, what should I do? WIll it spread, and if I wait one more day until I get some advice will she be ok? I also read thst someone was giving their chickens tylanol?
