Help I don't know what's wrong with my chickens vent!!

Hello my chickens name is Amara. Just today and yesterday at night she was sleeping in the nesting boxes instead of her normal perch, which there is plenty of space for her. I was worried because this is very strange for her so I went to check her out and her vent looks very weird, and her bottom is covered in poop. But other than that she doesn't seem to be showing any symptoms of being sick. Do you guys have any ideas what's wrong. The 3rd

I'd start by soaking her in a warm soapy bath and get her completely cleaned up.

Her vent area is just poopy. Can you give her a shallow soapy bath and get her cleaned up? She looks to be having green diarrhea which is usually from not eating enough. She may be sleeping in the nest box because she feels bad. Can you get a sample of her droppings checked for worms and coccidiosis? Has she laying eggs recently? Can you rule out egg binding by inserting a finger inside the vent about an inch? How old is she? Reproductive disorders (egg yolk peritonitis, internal laying, cancer, or ascites) can make them feel bad, and have other symptoms. Has she lost any weight or does her lower belly feel full or enlarged? How does her crop feel? Can you check it now and again in the morning and tell us if it is empty, full, firm, soft or puffy?

Offer her some water and some electrolytes—Poultry NutriDrench is very good. Will she eat some cooked egg and some wet chicken feed?
