HELP! I dropped my hatching egg on day 22!!

I was checking for movement in my dayy 22 egg and I dropped it. The large end busted open and a small amount of blood came out. The chick is moving a little, but I can tell the yolk is not absorbed. I wrapped it in a damp paper towel. Is there anything I can do to help it? I feel horrible!!!

Praying should help...but this is probably not going to be the strongest one even if it does live.
