Help! I Feel My Chickens Eggs Are Being Wasted

I have chickens on my farm i have four different pens for breeding my pure breds and about 40 others that are kept in the cattle shed i am worried because i cant find there laying place how do i make them lay in the nest boxes???? THANKS

Best to close them up for a few days if the temperatures permit (not too hot in the coop, etc.) to make them lay in the boxes. Or just let them out in the evening for a few days after most of them lay their eggs.
