Help I have a sneezy 9 week old chick

Hello I’m new here. I have a bantam chick that’s been sneezing for about a week.I came home from work at 12am the other night and I found her underneath the other chicks in the nesting box. I’ve been giving her .5ml of tylan 50 orally for a few days now and she doesn’t seem to be getting any better. I was wondering if there was anything else that i can give to her orally. She’s to small for me to feel comfortable sticking her with a needle.

Sneezing could be from something irritating the nostrils such as dust or feed, or mold from the bedding. It also could be a virus, which doesn’t respond to antibiotics. Tyan is better given 1/4 ml 3 times a day.
