I have one full grown emu, and she was raised with a flock of chickens since she and the chickens were babies...well this year we got three new chicks and they were kept in the house while little, but now are ready to go in the coop, so I put their whole set up with the heat lamp outside in the coop (it's a dog crate - so the chickens and emu can see them) when I let one out the chickens didn't mind him at all in fact pretty much ignored him, but the emu tried to snap at him! If I wouldn't have swooped him away quick she would have probably killed him! So I guess my question is how on earth do I incorporate them in!!! Any opinions greatly appreciated!

I feel that you situation may be very unique. Can you leave them in a separate enclosure that is within the emu enclosure for a day and see how the emus react? If they investigate the chicks? The put the chicks in with the chickens that night and be ready to supervise in the morning? That’s what I got to suggest lol sorry it isn’t much.
