Help i love this bird but is it a male?

I have a 5 week old EE and im not sure if it is a rooster or not so i am asking here. What do you think.

It's a little young...easier to tell at 7 weeks +, but I would say male at this point.

Ok i will keep an eye on it im not sure but i think i heard it crow.

I am so sorry to say this, but I have to agree that he does look like a cockerel. We had one just like that that was a cockerel. We called him Hooter. LOL!
