Help identify this peep please!!

Somebody won this peep at an Easter egg hunt & couldn't keep it, so they gave it to us.

It is very skittish, but sweet. Hoping it isn't a rooster! Breed & sex???

I am going to guess white Leghorn, and surprisingly it looks like a pullet.

Guessing White Leghorn pullet. Could also be a White Plymouth Rock, but you won't know for sure until it develops earlobes--leghorns will have white earlobes, and rocks will have red ones.
