Help! Injured chick!

My 6-8 week old chick can't walk, open her eyes or lift her head?

My dogs got to her a decided to have a play.

Nothing looks broken except one of her feet.

I can give her water plain and mixed with food through a syringe and she is pooping finely.

Her next doesn't seem broken as when I try to lift her head she shakes me away.

Please help!

Give her egg yolk and splint the foot/leg. Keep her very warm. She might be in shock so give electrolytes & vitamins in her water or straight dose with syringe.
