Help! Injured leg/toes of my poor little hen

My littlest chick dot seems to of hurt her leg/toes last night in the coop. When let the hens out this morning dot would not come out she is laying down in the coup barely moving. She would not let me handle her to see exactly what happened but i was able to see that she cant put weight on the leg nor does she extend the last toe. Im very concerned what do i do help her? Im so afraid she may die if stand by and do nothing

Can you post pictures of the toes and legs? Are there any marks, redness, swelling, or scabs on the tops or bottoms of feet?

It might be wise to carefully pick her up and separate her so you can keep an eye on her. At least until you can determine what is going on. I am sure there are others on the forum with experienced advice to share, but it should not be hard to gather her up if she is not able to walk.
