Help! Is my baby chick sick?

I have a baby chick that's around 4 weeks old. It's alot smaller then the rest. Yes it's a different breed but she's just growing very slow. Her crop is quite big aswell. It does empty just very slow. She eats like crazy but she doesnt really drink. She is quite active but she sits by herself away from the rest. I put ACV in there water to boost her digestive system. Any suggestions? Is she ok.
