Help!! Is my chick shrink wrapped?

It is currently day 24 and i have 2 eggs that have finally pipped. This particular one has been like this for nearly 12 hours. He’s still pecking around but making very little to no progress. I’m worried about shrink wrapping. Is he in trouble or is he just taking extra long.

Update he was definitely shrink wrapped so i assisted and now he’s hatched and seems to be healthy. the area where he was attached to the yolk is still sort of open and he seems to have abnormally large feet. but nothing to crazy
