Help, is my hen egg bound??

My hen is about 20-22 weeks old. She JUST laid her first egg yesterday. As of 20 mins ago, her tail is pointing down. Could this mean egg bound? Or maybe she just has to lay the egg? Can post a pic if easier.

I wouldn’t say so. Her wings are very very slightly hanging down tho. Could that be what y mean

No it's pretty obvious, like their butt is almost dragging on the ground.
