At this point it's pure conjecture, but I say there's a 50% chance that it's a pullet. Time will tell.

Cochins are very hard to sex early on because sometimes they follow rooster rules, and sometimes they say "naaaah, I'll develop like a hen and surprise her"

I'd say wait a few weeks, and post again. Right now it just looks like a bald eagle with strange leanings had his way with a free-range hen.
