Help, Is the duckling coming out of the egg too soon

One of my ducks is hatching out eggs and here is the egg after just starting to pip. Is the duckling hatching too soon? The other eggs have not even started to pip yet. I did not do anything to the egg. I have no idea how many days old the eggs are
