Help it's day 22 :(

Can someone help it's day 22 and I have 1 egg that is still not hatched I've looked and mum hen hasn't tried to crack it and help it is this because she knows something is wrong or is this because she has 3 babies? I'm getting worried now what do i do please

No, this is because mummy hens do not help their babies out, they have to hatch on their own. If she is till sitting on it, then leave her to it, it still has a chance of hatch. Once she decides it is not viable, she will abandon it to care for her chicks. At this point, you can decide whether to help it or accept that it is not going to produce a chick for you.
