HELP! I've had a run of bad luck with cockerels.

So I had purchased four pullets of different breeds and have gotten two cockrell's for sure. I want to make sure this little girl is an 8 week old Blue Red Laced Wyandotte pullet before I drive back to the Poultry Farm.

Looks like Golden Laced Wyandotte.. I don't know gender sorry

I'd say pullet. (also, CaliFarmsAR, they said 8 weeks!)
