Out of our TSC batch of "mottled javas", so far we have ended up with an Ancona rooster, 2 Java roosters and 5 or 6 java pullets.
These are the last unidentified girls... they are much smaller than the rest of the pullets, so we are leaning towards Ancona, but their leg coloring is off. What do you guys think? Just not standard size Javas? Or non-standard Ancona? I know they're hatchery and won't be perfect, but we'd like to know what they are at least.
- Nugget. She's the smallest of them all.
- Dottie. Just a tiny bit bigger than Nugget.
- Hubby took these, but I think this is Dottie and then Mystery Bird #3.
