Help! Khaki Campbell duckling

Hi, we have had 6 eggs hatched Fri- Sun, the very last duckling that hatched, had a yolk sac bulb still attached to its bottom that has now dried out and fallen off, its very tiny and constantly chirping, it won’t eat even from our hand. its following the others but just doesn’t seem with it and almost as though it can’t see? Can someone help us please... picture attached

Ducks/chickens usually aren't hungry after 24 hours of hatching. Is he drinking? If not, offer some water with a splash of electrolytes and apple cider vinegar in it by dropper (don't force him to drink it by shoving the dropper in his mouth, you can easily drown them by doing so). Simply place drops of water on the tip of his beak one by one and see how he reacts. If 24 hours passes and he's still not eating, try mashing up the chick feed with lukewarm water and offering that to him. Keep us updated!
