HELP kitten with mucous in eyes and nose

Hello, I have this 2 month old kitten I don’t know what it has, and the lady that is selling her says that the other cats she had got it. She said they just recovered from pink eye, and there is black stuff in the nose, probably from dirt and mucus. Does anyone know what to do?

It's most likely an Upper Respiratory Infection which is treatable by antibiotics. You might need to go to a vet to get some. It is spreadable, so you'll want to treat it as soon as possible. Terramycin supposedly works good on it, but again, you might only be able to get that from your vet or a prescription.
