Help legalize chickens in Clark,South Dakota

Need help here,Anyone in the area,need to from a group,educate,pressure city concil,they are lazy and will not creat new ordinance with out more pressure from a larger group then me and a few signitures.please contact me if your interested,Chickens are currently
