Help me convince my Zoology teacher this is a good idea!!

I would be taking them since the eggs would be from my flock anyways. There are people here every day (on an alternating schedule). And that’s something I thought of. I already have everything for raising chicks (save an incubator) from raising several groups of birds. I would be providing feed and the other supplies. Since this would be my suggestion, I would be taking full responsibility unless the other dude in my class wants to as well.

Then I think it would be an excellent idea.

Hopefully he will approve.

I did this with my grand daughter & her 1st grade class. We did ducks. I worked closely with the teacher to have the entire incubation time dedicated to learning about ducks, livestock, farm to table, animal conservation, etc...
*Most important aspect...pre home the hatchlings!* We had a huge farm with a large pond, that worked with the local university, lined up to take all hatched ducklings. Which was delivered by the kids as a field trip. It was so awesome!

I say...go for it 👍
