Help me figure out what’s wrong with my hen!!!

I don’t know if this hen is just the roosters favorite or if she’s molting? I don’t see any mites or lice signs. Please help me figure this out. I got these chickens from a neighbor and I’m a first time chicken owner.

What is your rooster to hen ratio? They make hen saddles or chicken aprons you could try to see if it helps save her feathers. Is your rooster young? They might mellow out, but there are a lot of roosters out there who are nice to their hens, so if things don't improve, maybe try a new rooster?
