Help me figure out what breed I saw at a show

I was at a fancy poultry show here in Utah and saw the most amazing looking pigeons up for auction. Unfortunately, I did not get a picture.

Here's what I remember: they were white except for a patch of those cool iridescent green feathers across the shoulders.

Any idea what they could have been?

It could have been a California blue......dont know if thats there actual name but is what we call them.....

Thanks. I've looked at pictures on line, but I haven't seen one like the one I saw. I'll look into the California blue.
