help me identify these birds

These are a gift from a neighbor who has no idea what they are.
The color is overall white with tan and brown spots on their back.
Their necks are buff color and as they get older the color has gotten darker
They are very calm and friendly.

Red sex-link roos. I have one as a free extra with my order and he's going to be guest of honor for dinner.
The hens are red with white tails.
