Help me identify this found duckling

We found it on a busy road and took it to a wildlife center but they wouldn't take it because they thought it was domestic.

Looks Rouen to me also.. but it also could end up being a mix just will have to wait and find out!

Another week and its turning into a black duck!

I was gonna say with the younger pics I could see a bib, and eyestripes, which looked dusky.... never seen dusky bibbed only blacks blues etc.... now turning black.... bizarre.... does it have any hint of eyestripes still?
