Help Me Pick One?

I need help picking which Muscovy drake to keep. I am horrible at genetics. My mind always wanders. I would like to end up with solid colored ducks. The older male has a white head, but his body is solid colored. My younger drake has a black head, but much more white on his body. Is the white headed gene hard to breed out? I am horrible at this. They are both good sized and have pretty good personalities, so it's only coming down to their looks. Thank you so much for any help!

I'd probably use the older one and breed him with a female who has a dark head and see what you get.
