I live in a big town, i need an answer fast. WOngs our local chinese restaraunt wants to buy duck eggs from me, They said call them back in 10 min with a price. I have 13 hens and gettign 12 eggs a day. What do i sell them for please help.

I see duck eggs on Craigslist go for $7-8 a dozen. I think I'm going to charge $4 for 1/2 dozen when my girls finally start laying.

Our csa farmer told me that chefs from dallas ask him if he knows anyone that sells duck eggs because they're hard to get. He said they want to pay $2 an egg! Let us know what happens!

I live in New Mexico and our local Asian market sells them for $2.50 per egg!
