Help me sex my 4 week old Rhode Island Red

This little chick’s comb seems a bit large. It has not turned red yet luckily. S/he is about 4 weeks old. I’m worried I might have a rooster on my hands! What do you guys think?

It doesn’t have any waddles coming in from what I can see so I’d say it’s a pullet.
