Help me sex this Cucko Maran

Well, this cute little one is supposed to be a girl, but I am nervous that she is a rooster. I just love her & I can't have roosters where I live. Anyone have an educated guess?

The breeder said she is 8 weeks old, but she looks younger to me.

edit to add: But I could totally be wrong. I've noticed that with the Cuckoos it seems that there are obvious boys, obvious girls, and then a lot that are right in between.

Definitely not 8 weeks old - I'd say it's closer to 4 weeks of age.
