Hello, I am brand new to the whole raising chickens thing. So far it's been ok I have had a few usual things happen like a death in a flock and integrating new chicks ECT...I am having some issues with one pullet in particular being bullied by the flock. She's not sick or anything just timid and I don't know what to do? She was hatched with one other chick by her mama which was the queen b of the flock but unfortunately her sibling and her mama have been killed. I am just lost and need some help!?

Welcome to BYC!
Sorry for your losses.
Much more info is needed to offer any advice.
How old is the bullied pullet?
How long ago did mama and sibling leave, and is that when the bullying started??
How many other birds, what ages, genders, etc???
How big is coop and run in feet by feet?
Detailed answers and pics of coop/run would help.

Sometimes a bird does not fit with the flock for whatever reason. If there is one bird that starts the whole thing, you can try pulling that one out for a week. If she is a lot smaller than the other birds, a one way gate, where she can escape to, can help.

However, sometimes it is the victim that needs to be re-homed or culled. They just don't fit and cause strife in the peace of the flock. Always solve for the peace of the flock.

Try pulling one bird for a day or two, see if tension falls. If so, it might be your numbers are too much for your set up. Often times what was working while the birds were smaller, becomes not enough space when they begin to grow up.
