You've got what you bought. Barnyard mixes. Did he have a single rooster or multiple?
Incidentally, the Ameraucanas were likely Easter Eggers, which are not an actually breed but a hybrid.

I totally understand they are just barnyard mix. I hatched them from eggs and I m here trying to learn about different breed and he told the chickens he has so I'm looking for someone with more experience to make some educated guess.

If they're mixes, then they're mixes. Hard to say since the guy has mixes, too. There are several possible mixes that make EEs and sexlinks. Sorting out all the genetics would require looking generations back.

Black with headspots is a sign of Barred and the black without the white headspot might be a black sexlink, let me attach photos of my barred rock chicks and my one barred rock(roo) BSL(hen) cross
The black chick without the headspot is the BSL BR mix and then the hen and roo she came from and the last three are the barred rock mutts and their mom, the roo is the same for both chicks

I am not sure on the others, but a sign of Ameraucana is fluffy cheeks, sometimes, sometimes they won’t have that

To get barred sex links, the female has to be barred and the male not barred.

All Ameraucanas have beards. Easter Eggers don't always have them.
Mine actually ended up slightly barred while my hen wasn’t the barred one, unless they’d be speckled? I sold her and Tofu while they were young because Tofu ended up being a roo(he was gorgeous I regret it so much) so I can’t say how she turned out, but could genetic slip up like that? Like with Tofu, I think you knew about him

My pepper (EE) sheds her beard when it’s hot so that’s why I said they mostly do
