today at 958 i woke up to my freind screiming my dog has a chick i ran outside looked in the pen and all 12 of them are gone

im am so sad and mad at the same time

now i am trying to get some more chicks but muccury and randell dosent have any chicks please some one link me websites of hatcheris

I would refrain from getting any more chicks.

Your dog seems determined to kill them and I do not think it will NOT try again.

Dogs with a history of killing chickens are generally unable to be trained not to do it again.

There are exceptions, but it takes a great deal of effort on the side of the owner.

Remember, it is a sport for them and they WILL
kill everything that is available to kill. They do not stop with just a few, they kill everything.

I buried concrete blocks under all my gates into the birds so nothing could dig under them. The wire for the run is buried 16 to 18 inches down with all kinds of nasty shark junk at the bottom so if anything did dig down that far they'd be real unhappy.

It's possible to have chickens around killer dogs, you just have to work really hard to keep them apart.

My dogs aren't the risk to my birds it's my neighbors 6 australian sheperd x huskies that run loose I have to worry about.
