My poor hen out of six and one rooster is the only one getting pecked and I've yet to catch who is doing it,and my rooster crows all night long, all day long they won't go into their coop they roost in my apricot tree. Shoot one ofy Jens roosts by herself in another tree above my ducks in the pond. I'm worried about my hen getting plucked naked

Hi there, how are they housed and how big is it? Chickens often feather black out of stress and too small and area or they lack protein. what do they eat? You could have mites if they are refusing to go in the coop, run your hands under the roosts and if they turn red/orange, you have mites.
Some roosters crow constantly, it's normal.

Roosters that sleep in trees tend to crow much earlier and more often than those that sleep in proper housing. Outside, any intermittent light from perhaps passing cars, lightning or even vibration from raccoons or other predators will wake them up - resulting in crowing.
Have you figured out why they started sleeping in a tree?
What part of the world are you in?
