Help!! My 8 week old pullet flew into pen fence and got injured!!! Need advice!!!

I am a 1st time chicken owner and this morning my husband said he saw my barred rock ( my favorite) fly into the hardware cloth fencing around pen...and thought nothing of it until he came home and asked me why I had it out of pen and back into the brooder in garage. ......well...while i went out afterwords to refill water I heard them making different noises...I looked under the coop ( where they love to hide out).. and saw the barred rock bleeding all over beak...and the others pecking at it..it looks like it just broke the tip of the beak off on fence somehow...what a flook!! so I took it right out and put it into dog crate after I sprayed blu-kote all over beak ..it was not bleeding anymore shortly after I removed it from others...We put it back into pen in dog crate with extra wire around it so others could not get to it but could see it...what do I do next?? We were going to put it into coop in crate tonight also... how long do I keep it in dog crate??? and when should I introduce it back in at night when they are roosting?? It was only out 1/2 day...Do I need to wait so many days before I release it at night??????please help....it was only separated from others 1/2 day... at dusk I put crate inside coop on top of roost against wall..

once the bleeding has stopped and it isnt red they wont attack, just make sure it is eating before you put it back x
