Help my Bantan hen is being picked on!

I have 5 mixed breed Bantam hens, two cochins 1 Seabrite 1 japanese 1 old English I have had these
For 1 year now and all of a sudden they are picking on my 1 Cochin She is #3 on the picking order I am afraid they may kill her What should I do?

I was told they peck at one anothe r for several reasons ...


1. being bored
2. heat
3. over crowded


I have several of my chicken pecking and taking hide off , I been spraying the areas with some kind of BLUE SPRAY ( I think its an antibotic ) , seen a couple with blood on back side . moving them out into the run will help my situation .​
