Help my broody bantam's breast is RED RAW and FLAKY

help my Only broody hen's (Dotty.Jr) is red raw and very flaky and "crusty" i know that broody hens pluck there breast feathers out but the breast is red raw

I would slather on some thick creamy cream like Corona, or even Vaseline, and hopefully you can put something on her that she don't like the taste of. And check her for bugs
