HELP!!!!!! My Buff Silkie roo is acting crazy!!!

My silkie roo started curling his neck under his body and walking backwards. He seems awfully stressed and looses his ballance at times. He ends up on his back kicking his legs frantically. He will act normal, eat, drink and walk around but then all of a sudden start acting crazy again.

Can anyone tell me what's happening with him? Should I take him to a vet right away? I'm really worried about this. None of my other silkies are acting this way.
