Help... my chick is naked... :(

I need advice! My new chicks are now 28 days old. 14 of them look perfect however #15 looks like he's 'picked' on! He seems healthy but his feathers are not looking at all like his brothers! I'm praying he's not sick... this is a pic of his back which is basically bare like his head and neck, brothers are practically fully feeathered and a beautiful red! Any ideas?

If the heat is to high or the brooder is to crowded, the chicks will sometimes pick on one another and leave patches of skin bald. If this is happening try lowering the temperature by about 3-5 degrees by raising the brooder lamp and if possible use a second brooder and seperate the chicks if overcrowding is a possibility.
