HELP my chick

my chick had blood when hatched and green discharge its been 10 hours it dried up then got damp again i have dried the chick but it can not stand it just lays there flat out what should i do it has not eaten or drank my other chick is fine and healthy it was up and moving and eating within 8 hours

Chicks don't have to eat or drink for a couple of days after hatching. How did the chick get damp again? Do you have them in a brooder with heat? Some take longer than others before they become active.

there was abit of blood when hatched it has a small cut under in between the legs like its tore somthing i left it in the incubator untill it dryed but then green snot like stuff came out about 2 hours ago i dryed the chick off with a bit of tissue and put under heat lamp it moves around with its head on the floor and legs layed out

I would leave it alone for now. Messing with it too much can do more harm than good.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have seen the green stuff you describe happen even with healthy chicks. It's hard to say what was wrong with this poor chick.
